1980: GTECH Corporation founded

1982: First dedicated lottery terminal manufacuted

1982: GTECH introduced Quick Pick, which allows the computer to randomly generate numbers for lottery players

1986: GTECH developed a self-service lottery terminal

1989: GTECH developed an online keno syste,

1990: Spectra international online lottery terminal with imaging reader introduced

1990: GTECH Corporation acquired by GTECH Holdings in a leveraged buy-out

1991: GTECH began validation of instant tickets

1994: GTECH began incorporating satellite use in lottery systems

1996: BingoVision TV-based, play-at-home bingo game introduced

1998: Introduces first secure internet wagering solution for government-authorized lotteries

2004: Leeward Islands Lottery Holding Company, Inc. ("LILHCo") acquired by GTECH

2005: Pennsylvania selected GTECH to supply a central control computer system that will monitor slot machine gaming for the state

2008: GTECH launched Keno in Ohio

2009: GTECH signed a 3 year contract to provide 2,250 lottery terminals and software, to casinos in Argentina

Lottery

GTECH supplies end-to-end lottery services and lottery game content, including system design, delivery, and ongoing support operations; terminal installation and maintenance; retailer training; marketing support; field service; hotline management; telecommunications network installation, management and maintenance; and a diverse portfolio of games for each channel of distribution.

GTECH lottery subsidiaries include Interlott, LiLHCo, Speilo, and IGI Europrint.

Games offered include daily draw games, quick draw games, player draw games, and event draw games.

Gaming Solutions

GTECH manufactures video lottery terminals and slot machines for bars, restaurants, racinos, and casinos.
