Multimedia Games, Inc. is a supplier of interactive systems, electronic games and gaming terminals for the Native American gaming market, as well as for the racetrack casino, charity and commercial bingo, and video lottery markets. MGAM designs and develops networks, software and content that provides its customers with gaming systems delivered through a telecommunications network that links the Company's gaming terminals with one another, both within and among gaming facilities.

MGAM specializes in server-based gaming systems, known as central determinant systems. It provides these systems for use by Native American gaming operators in both Class II and Class III facilities, to operators of charity gaming facilities, and for use in domestic and international lottery jurisdictions. The Company also provides gaming terminals for central-determinant video lottery systems and for bingo systems.

1988: MegaBingo begins play, as the first game for what would become Multimedia Games

1991: Multimedia Games incorporated in Texas

1996: Multimedia Games' stock is traded for the first time on NASDAQ

1999: Multimedia Games formed GameBay.com, Inc. as a wholly-owned subsidiary to pursue the development of non-gambling activities on the Internet using interactive bingo games as a platform to derive advertising and product sale revenues

1999: Multimedia Games begins to design and market Class III machines
