Shuffle Master, Inc. is a gaming supply company that specializes in providing its casino and other gaming customers with automatic card shufflers and other Utility Products to improve their profitability, productivity and security, as well as Entertainment Products, including poker, blackjack, baccarat and pai gow poker-based table games.

1992: Shuffle Master is licensed in Nevada

1992: Shuffle Master places its first single deck shuffler

1992: Shuffle Master announces its first public offering of stock and is listed on NASDAQ

1993: Shuffle Master introduces Let It Ride, a proprietary table game based on poke

1993: Shuffle Master introduces Caribbean Stud Poker, a proprietary table game based on poker

1993: Shuffle Master acquires the assets of Royce Rolls Dice Co, a casino dice company based in Las Vegas

1993: Shuffle Master is licensed to place its shufflers in Atlantic City casinos

1994: First multi-deck shuffler, MD1, introduced

1997: Let It Ride Bonus introduced

1998: ACE shuffler, a new single-deck shuffler, introduced

1999 Shuffle Master introduces its King shuffler, a multi-deck continuous shuffler

1999: Shuffle Master acquires Three Card Poker, another poker variant

2000: Shuffle Master receives approval for its proprietary video slot operating system

2000: Shuffle Master introduces Press Your Luck, a video slot based on the wildly popular 1980s TV game show

2001: Shuffle Master rolls out two new video slots, The Three Stooges and Let's Make a Deal

2002: one2six shuffler introduced; acquired by Shuffle Master in 2004

2003: MD2, a next generation multi-deck batch shuffler, introduced

2004: Shuffle Master acquires CARD, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Casinos Austria AG, and its Easy Chppier and one2six products

2006: A wholly owned indirect subsidiary, Shuffle Master Australasia Pty. Ltd., completed its acquisition of Stargames, an Australian electronic entertainment gaming company

2012: Shuffle Master changes its name to SHFL Entertainment

2013: Bally Technologies acquired SHFL
