Elaine Pascal Wynn (b. 1942?) is a casino executive, philanthropist, and memeber of one of the most successful gaming development teams in history.

Together with her husband Stephen, Wynn moved to Las Vegas in 1967. Shortly after Stephen assumed control of the Golden Nugget in downtown Las Vegas, Elaine became active the company, becoming a director of the organization that, in 1989, became known as Mirage Resorts. Together, Wynn and her husband built in impressive array of casinos: Golden Nuggets in Atlantic City and Laughlin, Beau Rivage in Biloxi, and the Mirage, Treasure Island, and Bellagio on the Las Vegas Strip. When, in 2000, MGM Grand, Inc. acquried Mirage Resorts, Wynn left the company.

When the company that is now Wynn Resorts purchased the Desert Inn casino in 2001, the Wynn design team began work on replacing the aging resort with what has become the company's flagship, Wynn Las Vegas, which opened on Wynn's birthday, April 28, 2005. Two subsequent projects, Wynn Macau and Encore (next to Wynn Las Vegas), followed. Wynn is a director of Wynn Resorts, and is one of the company's chief public faces.

Wynn has an extensive background in philanthopic work, including service as Co-Chairman, of the Greater Las Vegas After-School All-Stars, Founding Chairman and Board Member of Communities in Schools, and member of the boards of the After-School All-Stars Foundation, the Prostate Cancer Foundation, the Council to Establish Academic Standards in Nevada, the Executive Board of the Consortium for Policy Research in Education, and the Governing Board of the UNLV Foundation. She has had a Las Vegas elementary school named in her honor, and was named the Governor's Philanthropist of the Year in 2005.
